Join the Essex County Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic for a workshop about perimenopause and menopause.  This month we will focus on how menopause can impact mood, sleep, eating behaviours, and create brain fog.

If you cannot make this meeting, join us for the virtual meeting on November 30.
